At what level do the warden quests begin?
Also, I don't see a gray exclamation mark over the warden's heads, so can someone explain how to start the quests once I reach the level requirement? Thanks.

#2it starts at level 60 and you get a piece every 5 levels until 80 which is when it ends

#3it starts at 60 and ends at 80 you can find the starting place for quests in stonevale she will be next to a mailbox under a tree just accept that and then you can start doing your warden quests from there on.
