I have a question about the free plat offers.

So if I had purchased an app a while ago, but then deleted it, but then saw it on the free plat offers list, why doesn't it work when I try to do the offer?

This has happened to me quite a few times with a few apps. For example. I had Oovoo, but then deleted it, and now I see it on the free plat offers list, but when I do the offer. It doesn't work? Is this supposed to happen because it's not really installing it, it's just downloading it from the cloud?

I suggest just making an App Store account just for downloading free offers, that's what I'm doing but sometimes it doesn't work for big offers or it just doesn't work at all maybe the apps are saved into download data or something

There is a link at the bottom of the offer page (missing plat or need help), if you use this to send the company a ticket they will be able to clear up the issue. They will either clarify that you are not able to take that offer twice or deliver the plat you should have received.
