It's not a matter of "can't" it's a matter of whether or not they will. I've shown all proof that I've made this purchase. I'm not trying to scam them. If I had the platinum I wouldn't have complained, my character would be decked for what I could get with 4k plat. I want this fixed because I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for something like this. If nothing is done I will make calls and do anything to get my platinum or my iTunes back because I will not be stolen from. I am really, really displeased right now.

I have not and I'll do that immediately because this needs to be settled now because they shouldn't make me wait 2 weeks almost compared to helping another in only 2-3 days.

Hello,

I am sorry that your case is being delayed but there has been a large increase in tickets, emails and appeals due to the release of the event.
If you have emailed your recepit then your case will be getting looked into. This can take a few days to a few weeks depending on the amount/quality of the information that is provided when you send in the request.
Events involving platinum have to be looked into very closely and due to this things may be a little delayed - add to that, the support team is a very small team but we are doing our best.
