Offhand its the 250 dramage 1

You have to mainhand to cast skill(axe)

On the skill its wrote :,,Use your AXE or blunt weapon ...'' My offhand axe is not a weapon ?
Its not wrote what kind of weapon offhand or not

Rupture only works with main hand axes. Your offhand axe is a weapon but it is not your main weapon.
