lost platinum

On the 11th of July 2015 I purchased $50 worth of platinum. My credit apple was charged but the platinum never showed up on my character. I followed all of the steps suggested a different have no response from the tickets I opened with support. I am not sure what the next steps are other than to contact my credit apple company and dispute the charges.

Hello,To recieve platinum , which hasn't been recieved you must contact support directly, which I believe you have done so.

Here's how to greater your chances of a response:-
- delete all your numerous tickets and stick with one, multiple tickets will prolong a response.
- implement coherant evidence in the ticket that the offer was completed, such as images.'
