Play store won't update app.

When I go to update the app through playstore, I don't see the new updated picture. Whenever I install and try to open, I'm stuck at the loading screen. Wut do I do;-;? I tried redownloading, resetting google play store, clearing cache, Increasing ram and restarting phone. Nothing worked.

I've been traveling for this week.-. Turns out my carrier is starting to get slow in certain areas.-. Pennsylvania doesn't really have good service

hopefully D.C does.-.
