I have a few questions about getting refunds on items you purchased from a vendor, questions listed below.


1. How often can you get a refund? (I have heard that it is once a month but idk)

2. I've heard the refunds are within three days of the purchase. Does this mean that If the request is read late or something happens that I can no longer get the refund?

3. Do I send refund requests by sending a ticket in using the in-game support tool or sending in an email or can I do either?

4. what the limit of items I can refund at one time, I have heard it was 3 per request but idk.

1. You can have 1 refund per month.

2. The request for refund must be within 3 days of the purchasing of the item. The ticket you send will have the time and date it was sent so if read after this date will still be refunded.

3. Use the in game support ticket to the request the refund of the item.

4. A maximum of 3 items can be refunded per request.
