Celtic Heroes

Im having a problem getting into the game with one of my characters. It lets me sign in, select him, and hit enter. After that it just sits on the loading screen until i have to hit the home button. The other three characters on the account work fine and this just started a couple day ago. If i dual log it shows the character signing in but hes not in any zone. I tried resetting him, uninstalling and reinstalling, and logging on a different device. Anyone eve have this issue? Its super frustrating because i had just mailed my mount to this character and its stuck in his inbox : /
