I have the Samsung Galaxy Avant. Should run this game fine. But once I pick my character, the game just loads and loads.

I've tried turning the phone off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling, and using a WiFi over 4g LTE.

Nothing works!

So, somehow I was finally able to get into the game. Don't know how it just let me.

Anyway, another issue is that I can't see npcs or chat. But I can see players!

It sounds like it could be device performance issues as NPCs loading slowly is usually your phone having issues rendering everything in.

Have you tried turning down the render distance and turning on our fast graphics fast terrain options?

Not sure if we have a set requirement list at the moment but I think we are going to set up a minimum list soon haha

Do you have any other devices to test this on? Just to see if it is device or connection?

Not at the moment. I know TMobile adds in a ton of bloatware that ways up ram, but I don't know if that would effect it.

I'll try to message my brother about testing this game out

Maybe a long shot but have you tried deleting the cache and data from the application and then relaunching? This may help given what you have described.
