when i am trying to login to the game it says my account is disabled i didnt do a single thing can anyone please help me...

If you contact them with: Username, character names, plat spent etc

Just make sure to contact Appeals with as much account information as you can to help them in retrieving your account

I just gave them my username and stuff in my account and other details and i dont even know why my device is banned..

Device banned? Or account? Because the only time your device gets banned if you do something bad more then one time
