My account name is darkdragonredx. I've been playing since 2011 and have not been able to log in after one of the recent big updates.

I believe my account was deleted since I've been having trouble logging in. I've tried a lot of options for trying to get my account back but none have worked. It's been like this for quite some time but I never really had time to properly ask for help with my account. I spoke to @CelticHeroes on Twitter and they told me to send an email to [email protected] so I did but still haven't got a reply.. sorry I'm a little bit impatient but I would like if a staff (preferably an Admin) could please reply and possibly give me some information on whether I can get my account back and maybe what has happened. I am able to give some information about my account like items I had, some friends that I can remember, etc. I also remember my password.

How long ago did you send the email? Try [email protected], including as much information about your account as possible (purchases, platinum, items in inventory etc.) Don't give away your password, though; OTM don't need that.

I sent the email to info 4 days ago and support 2 days ago.. I sent a followup email and both didn't reply, its been a couple days already after that. How long does it take them to read and reply? I'm really sorry that I'm being impatient, I really want to get back playing the game.

They normally reply within 2 weeks. As it's just gone Christmas/new year, it's likely they're either still on their break, or have a huge backlog to deal with. Give it a couple of weeks I'd say
