Hey CH team, I asked refund on the event ammy I bought 8 days ago(sent request refund 8 days ago) but I still haven't gotten the refund or any response. Many of my friends have the same problem, no response. What's going on with the policy? I sent request for refund 1-2 days after I bought the item.

Otm were off for the holidays and dont work weekends. So yesterday would be their first day in the office in a week meaning lots of catching up to do
