I have done the mobile strike offer using nativex. I have leveled up there to level 6. That was yesterday, a day later I still haven't received the plat I should get for the offer. Any advise?

Once the Support Team have confirmation from them the platinum will be awarded.

Hmm they must have recently changed it, they used to have a section for any issues in games.

Never spam ( like a mail every week if they dont answere)
Tho when i had problems they answered in 2-3 days ( 1 when lucky hehe)

I was just kidding haha. I have already gotten a respons and they are investigating it now. Apparantly when you open the nativex page there is a tiny 'need help?' button at the bottom of the page. Magically solves all your problems
