when i try logging in nothing happens just spins says connecting then goes back to login screen. help.

Are you able to sign in with other accounts?

Are you playing on Android or iOS?

I had this today, too. Although, I kept trying to log and it eventually worked... Did you try multiple times? Hope this helps!

I had a problem like this too. I got my account old account back from support but it won't let me log in, it just has an infinite loading world and the few times it does let me log in, it only lets me log into other servers but not denu, the server that has all of my good chars and items. Please help and yes it's iOS and I'm using wifi and or lte. I tried deleting it and redownloading it but nothing. I messaged a few admin here but nobody is helping or replying to me.
