So I had an IPhone device which I traded in for anow Android device, can't remember the password so when trying to reset it through my email its it's telling me either my email or username is wrong, but it is the right information, I have sent private messages to moderators no response how do I recover my account have some high lol characters and don't/won'the restart. Thanks for any help

Android & IOS do not have same servers so you cannot log into your iOS account

sad to hear than...but you will see : android server are very fun to restart in!! i did the same mistake as you ( well ios broke , so bought android) and i please myself a lot there!!
