#1I did this offer for 130 plat and it is not giving me plat! I spent 30 minutes getting to level 6

#2You need to contact nativex or who ever you did the offer through. Otm has nothing to do with the offers

#7You can also scroll down to the bottom of Native X in-game and tap the Need Help button.
Think they have moved most of their Support in-game and away from their website.
