Okay, I have pmed muldar about this but he has said he cannot do anything about it and I should contact appeal's.

So basically last year my main acct was banned for somtging that I had not done. As a result after a month it was reenabled which I was fine about and appeals helped me out same with muldar. But I had an alt acct which had the same password as my main when it was banned. I have no access to my alt and haven't played on it in ages.
My alt was not reenabled even tho it should not have been disabled in the first place.

If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Many players got banned for things they didn't do recently... don't ask me. OTM will soon have to merge specific servers because of this.

Probably best to let Appeals know about the second account :
