Hey, I sent appeals a messege the first week of June and at first they were replying pretty quick, I responded to all their questions and provided supplemental information to help with my case but they just stopped replying. Their last reply was over a month ago, so I was really not helped at all.... If Muldar or someone could take a look at the appeals inbox for me and fix my problem I would really appreciate it, it is regarding a level 193 rogue on Arawn, sent from the email ****[email protected] ( not gonna post whole email for forum purposes but you can identify it now). I really hope you can help, Thank you.

Also Muldar, yes I am the one that emailed you a few weeks ago about this issue, you told me you notified the appeals team and to re-send my last messege- which I did, but they still never replied sooo.. Yeah

I feel you.. I lost items in the mail. Send a ticket on July 4th and still not respond. Today Muldar told me to resend another mail to them..and he told me he will tell the team. And got nothing from the team today. I believe it has to do with something such.. New update that there will be beta for, or they just got butt loaded with tickets and mails

Yes but this is for appeals, not support, and they work on different days so it probably wouldn't relate. And I don't think the upcoming update/beta is their responsibility, that is for the development team.
