We cannot get involved with trades and we cannot return items lost due to account details being shared.

Hmm, can you take this into the pm? Because I was banned after I got traded items from an account that was hacked that what appeals team told me. In the end I was banned, and the other dude got his items back and left playing the same way he used to, I even asked for support to just return the account to the state before items were traded to me.. And still no from them.
