From September 9th to September 10th I've made a total of 3 purchases of the bundle 6 (4k plat). I only intended to purchase it once but it said something along the lines of 'process could not be made at this time. Try again.'

And so I did, two more times. Same result. Same message. Of course at the time I would read 'process could not be made' and think (ok someghing is wrong with my apple or the plat store- at least I'm not getting charged)

Well. I thought wrong. I WAS charged- all 3 times. No plat has been put on my toon. I've contacted chase(my bank) supoort- not in their control unless my apple was stolen. Google play also couldn't help. They suggested I contact otm. I did. No replies. One of the 3 purchases were refunded somehow. Don't know how but I've yet to recieve reimbursement on the other 2. 1 made on September 9th and 2 on the 10th (1 of which has been refunded)

You should be able to file a charge dispute with your credit apple company, just say product/item purchased not received and get the charges reversed.
