so i have been playing since 2011 i quit couple months ago but i want to come back, i forgot my password to my lvl 201 rogue since a year ago I've contacted support multiple times and i do as they tell me i told them everything about my account and they just ignore me after I've spent a lot of money on plat for lix and for all the lux on him hundreds of dollars i just want help to get my acc back so i can get back in game i been trying for over a year to get hi,e back still no answer

What is the name of the toon you are trying to get back on?

I can look at the Support inbox for their name and check the status of your email.

I looked for BornKiller and ForestGreen but I did not see anything.
