Hello,
Regarding refunds - the date the ticket is sent in is the date that counts. That is the date that we then look for the purchase within 3 days from.
Tickets are usually answered within 1-3 days with slightly longer during hoildays since the team are off.
If there is a large volume of tickets then refunds usually take a back seat as we deal with major issues first such as lost passwords, stolen accounts, glitch reports ect.
In regards to character restore - support are entitled to refuse the restore of a character if it is obvious that a player is abusing the support system to restore deleted characters rather than buying character slots etc.
Support will restore characters as a kind gesture but if that same player keeps repeating requests for restores (and often restoring the same character) then they may begin to limit or refuse such requests.
We do not wish to place limits on this service but if there is evidence of abuse of the system then we may need to.
