Hello site admins. Looking for someone who might be able to help me recover my Android accounts. I tried going through support via emails but been awhile since a response was given. Is it OK to PM the info to you rather than clutter up these thread boards with my info? A quick response back would be much appreciated.

#5My brother have lost 2 of his accounts years ago i tryed all ways to get it back it says when he try to sign in it says disabled .. I always wonder how to get back his accounts because he have spended few 100$ on them long time ago tryed to pm but it says i need to participate in more converstations to pm

If his account is disabled he will be required to contact our Appeals Team at [email protected] with the following account information:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
The more of these details he can provide the faster the team can assist.
