Celtic Heroes

I have already posted my concern in an already made thread by ASAP slick titled "Celtic wont load". I don't want to sound annoying and stuff but it saddens me with what have happened to my account after contacting support about a deleted character on my account. I really hope someone will help me on this one :/ thank you very much.

Hi ive been playing the game having fun with no problems. But today out of nowhere celtic just gets stuck on loading screen. It says sign in then loading and just satys there. Ive been playing for a month and havent had a problem. I tried restarting my device and still same problem. Im on a galaxy s4 by the way. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi! Same thing happened to me this morning and also I did contact support last night before this happened. Only asked them if it was possible to recover a deleted character because a younger sibling accidentally deleted it while I was away. Now i'm stuck on the loading game page but I can enter the game if I make a new account in a different server


Did the same thing as Asap, decided to just make a new account so there is no other character slot left so I would love if the game would let me log on my account first and let me buy some plats to buy another character slot for my deleted character, if thats possible, if its not its also okay because my main concern here is my account

I just hope I can get it back :/ already spent real money on it and time

Your account should now be fixed, too many characters with too few character slots.

Thank you very much for responding! I will update this post about it if ever something goes wrong again since maintenance is on going and I can't check it yet. And I didn't expect it would happen after asking support if they could recover a deleted character so I went ahead and made a new one filling up all my character slots. Thank you very much again sir
