My account has been "Banned until further notice" since October 26th. I have received one reply, asking me to explain some messages sent from the account. I explained them, waited three weeks and sent another. Radio silence. Nothing. I missed the throwback weekend. I did manage however, to buy more platinum on another character on double platinum weekend. I'm a faithful customer looking for the return of an account that I did not break Terms of Service with. Please Appeals team, I beseech you. Please unban my account.
