I dont seem to be able to login to my account, as it just stays in the loading screen for a very long time, I don't know how long as I've only waited for 5 minutes.

Are you using "Continue" or "Log in"?

Try using Log In, and then on the left side panel open settings and use "Character Stuck".

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app and clearing your memory.

1. Hold power button until you see the "slide to power off"
2. Release power button and hold home button until "slide to power off" screen goes back to your home page

When I press Log In, or anything to get in the account, I don't even get to see my characters, meaning that I'm stuck on perpetually loading the game.

I did what you said to do, but it didn't work, and I already sent a support ticket through my other account over a week ago.
