These two statements can be found in the ToS:

Your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is solely controlled by this EULA which cannot be changed except by a written agreement executed between you and COMPANY.

Without prejudice to any other of its rights, COMPANY may unilaterally terminate or modify this EULA at any time and for any reason or for no reason, with no notice to you.

So which is it? If some issue arises which is not covered by this ToS, are you or are you not able to change the ToS and come back and say, "See it says so right here."

they are saying that you can get an agreement with otm that gives you certain privileges that other players don't have but that the t o s can be changed at anytime for all players so its not that much of a contradiction



but if you want to think about something I was also reading some of the rules and found this interesting they say that one of the main reasons there is no acc trading is because they don't want scamming and it compromises acc security so if somebody trades a acc gets the acc banned and after its banned they appeal it because they have the original information OTM just helped the scammer scam now can this happen sure but I'm sure has stuff in place the prevents it just thought it was an interesting concept
