When I try to reset my password through email it says "The password was not changed, please try again". Is there any way to fix this? Tried changing email too and said similar thing. "The email was not changed, please try again"

Same thing is happening to me when i try to reset my alts password. Really would like a fix to this

Issue should now be resolved, there was a problem with one of our mail servers.
