A while ago I sent a support ticket asking for details of a previous account of mine. They responded and I was able to get into my old 2011/2012 account again, which was cool. Unfortunately I've forgotten the login again, and this time I forgot the distinguishing characteristics of my toon on that account (i used those to prove it was mine the first time), so I was wondering if support can see past tickets I've sent.
