Account Recovery
#1Trying to recover one of my accounts, i sent an email to support a while ago and haven't gotten a response, is there anyone i can talk to about this to get it back faster?

Have you forgotten the details to the account or is the account disabled? I've found an email linked to your forum email but it appears to be in the Appeals inbox.
If you have simply forgotten the details you will need to contact the Support Team with as much of the following as possible:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
The more of these details you can provide the faster the team can assist.

There will be a delay due to the seasonal break, may be a good idea to resend your last email to ensure it has not been lost.Bump, issue is still not resolved....I've sent an email to support with the details of my new account and I've got no reply, this is taking a lot longer than it should.
