Grettings! I was banned from this game when I was trying to log in but I have no reason why. I never did anything. I contacted the appeals email and I never got a response. It's been so long now. I even sent a private message to the support team on here snd never got a reply. Are there any moderators thar can help me? I have no clue what I was banned for like what the heck I want to play this game.

I would personally message the mighty Muldar. I have a feeling the customer service department is overloaded with people wanting refunds.

The account appears to have been banned yesterday, you will be required to contact the Appeals Team at [email protected] with the following information:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

There will be a delay as they work through all tickets / emails received during the festive break.

Usually daily but I was out of office Thursday - Friday, if it was in regards to an account ban all appeals must go through [email protected]. I will not process any appeals via Pm.
