Celtic Heroes

Last night (approx 7 hours ago) I experienced some downtime where I was unable to log in. It appeared to be a server restart, so I didn't think too much of it. I was able to log in briefly a couple of times during this and when I did so, I was immediately taken to the character creation screen, as if I had no characters already. I have tried logging in again this morning and on three different accounts - all with the same problem. It appears my characters are gone!

Anyone had this problem before? I've emailed Muldar, but should I contact someone else for this?
