Celtic Heroes

I logged off a couple of hours ago and when I logged back on one of my characters was missing! How do I get help? What could possibly have happened? My clan chieftan said she left the clan around 12 noon. Are my other toons in danger of the same fate? How does something like this happen? I have never shared my account information with anyone. I'm worried about my main now.
