Almost 2 weeks ago i sent an email to support telling them about an issue with my iOS account recovery and wanting it to get transferred to Donn. NO RESPONSE YET.
Sent one ticket from my ios account, no response. Sent one from my Android account, no response either. Im copying and pasting the exact text that i wrote on the email that i sent to support to see if i can get any help here on the forums because i looks like i wont get any from just emails and tickets.

Hi, recently i came back to the community of celtic heroes because i got a new samsung phone and obviously, it runs android.
So im writing this email since my main account is on the iOS platform, but i dont even remember the name, i even have the old emails when i registered my account (Attached screenshot) but i dont remember the username.
The details of the account that i remember are:

Thats all the details that i can remember, so i would apreciate some help from the support team, since i spent so much time on this great game, and remember the transfer of my ranger to the world Donn on Android, thats where i made my new character, a Rogue called (I wont tell any account details in the forum).

I would gladly appretiate that at least i get a response from the support team, please, i want to recover my old account and get it transferred to Android

There has never been an option and most likely never will be an option to transfer accts or toons from one server to another or iOS to android and visa versa

As was said there is no way as of right now to use your Android account on IOS and Other way around

It is possible the Support Team mistook it for a server transfer request which should have received a stock reply of "unsupported feature".

Server transfers are something we have considered but are not working on at this time.

Please email the support team with the following information if you wish to regain access to your iOS account, you will be unable to use it on Android:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
