This new email had all the information required just like all the last ones but I added some more information I'm not trying to make it a big deal since it's only been 2 weeks I'm just atleast trying to get a respond to if either they don't plan to un ban or if I need some more information that I am leaving out

I got a reply. But it was from an email I messed up on. They are just doing this crap on purpose. It's so annoying, especially when they ignore. He told me that he found my email and everything was good, and I should receive a reply by end of day, I got one, but not even to the email me and him talked about. They are not on top of things and unorganized. You might as well make a new character because we are going to have to wait some more years for a reply
