Celtic Heroes

This morning my game stopped during a battle. Since then I have been unable to login to my character. I have tried:
1. restarting my device, repeatedly
2. restarting my internet
3. resetting my password (would not accept my login information to reset my password)
4. using my phone on and off the internet
5. using ipad instead of my phone

I would like to contact customer support, but the recommended procedure is to login first, and I cannot. I have not forgotten my password, my username or my email btw.
And I am not a new player. My character is lv 171 after months of active playing without any substantial login problems.

Can you describe exactly where in the game this problem occurs?

Is it after creating a character and trying to enter play?

What do you see when this occurs?

Are you trying to play on wi-fi or 3G/4G?
