Hello i was wondering how long it takes to deal with problem when you send to support?
I sent mine e-mail on 04-25 and still no answer. Why is that?

#2The Support Team appears to have replied but it may have failed to reach or was automatically filtered by your email host.
Unfortunately cross platform play and server transfers are an unsupported feature at this time.
We will be unable to transfer iOS accounts to android and vice versa.
This is functionality we are looking to implement in the future.
