So this morning I tried to log onto my level 160 rogue and it said that I had the incorrect password and username!! I logged on the night before and it worked just fine. I believe that somehow someone hooked their email to my account because I couldn't get the registration working earlier this week. PLEASE get me my character back. I have been playing for years and spent so much money on the game that I don't want all of that progress to go to some guy who just changed the email and password. Please help, this means a ton to me. Thank you

I guess if someone wanted to spend the money on a lawyer, take time off work, and fly out to Scotland to try and argue that you disagreed with the terms of service you agreed to and want your acct back, maybe it might come out in your favor. I don't know. But that sounds expensive and time consuming. I'm trying to imagine a judge keeping a straight face and not spend the entire time rolling his or her eyes.

Probably would reach a settlement and never reach court because this is over virtual items and it's kind of silly. Costs of a lawyers and all these proceeding would cast most likely more then the accs worth over the years.

For account retrieval you will have to contact [email protected].

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
