Hey, this happened about a week ago, I made a new account just to try something out. After that I logged out and logged into my main account where ALL MY STUFF IS.
And it goes like "connecting..." then "loading game..." this is where it gets stuck and won't load... I can't get on please help I don't know what's wrong with it.
I have tried
1. Resetting my password
2. Deleting app and getting again
3. Using different wifi network
4. Tried logging in on my ipod instead of my phone.

And also, I can log into my other account with no problem, just on this account it won't work!!! I know I didn't get banned because I got no email and no in game notifications and I did nothing wrong.
If you can help me I would really appreciate it, thank you.

We would need at least the character name and server they are on to locate your account.

Then we can look into what the issue might be.

The issue is that while you had both character slots full you had a character undeleted by our support team. This has taken over the character limit and that is why you cannot log in.

If you let me know which one of them you would like deleted I can take care of that then you will be able to log-in to that account again.

I forgot the names of some but just don't delete Wilt because my stuff is on that one. Thank you!
