About to hit that golden two week mark of no response from OTM. What the heck do I do if I'm not even going to be able to contact these guys, and apparently sending more support tickets will "increase the wait time". I've gotten same day responses from smaller studios. If I'm not going to get recognition about this issue from OTM, or even my other issue about my other characters I cannot access, someone should at least tell me. This has become tiresome. Any response is better than none at all.

As the offer is run by a third party they are controlled by the advertising company and the companies who advertise through them.

Please send them a screenshot of the offers page on your device that shows the offer you are referring to and also include any reference numbers that are present on the screen to allow them to locate your devices offer easier.
