I'm getting a name conflict thing on my login screen saying I need to change my username and I have tried multiple times but it isn't working. Any suggestions on how to fix? Have turned device on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled app also

If the patch server was down you would be unable to change your details.

This should now be fixed (You will either be able to sign in with your new details or be notified to change.
