My account has been wrongly disabled due to scamming. I read disciplinary procedure and none of those steps were followed. I want my account enabled right away and demand some compensation.

Says they reserve the right to disable without warning. The fact that you have went out of your way to ruin the fun of others by stealing from them and fraud yourself and the only reason you want your toon back is to deceive others. I've never seen anyone that had been reported from all servers.

They will disable without warning for more serious issues such as hacking. However, scamming is a completely different issue. They even state that in this article.

They went against their own rules and banned me without any official in-game warning. I should be compensated for this.

No it says if they judge it to be severe enough. This means it's up to their discretion if they feel something is severe enough or not. It doesn't say anything specific to that about hacking. Read the last paragraph. Considering the sheer number of complaints and screen shots and thr video of you selling items for real money even going so far as to send a video of you, your wife, and child to assure the player that somehow you were honest is pretty low. If anything, you owe players compensation.

OTM is. Look at thr last paragraph. It says it's up to them if they feel something is severe enough. They have deemed this severe enough. Heck, LV has his signature as being a scammer and has admitted it in forum posts. If gloating about it isn't worth a banning, then I don't know what is.

Alright, that is true. LVRogue just scammed me like 2 hours ago on his alt. Yesterday, he told me to put my lux brace up on AH for 1mil and he would buy it out. I did and put the bid as 1000g. He said he "bought it out" and I should get my gold after the auction time expires and turns out it bought it for the bidding price. I don't know what the hell I was thinking. When something buys out, the gold should have been mailed immediately.

I'm just confused on it. He put his brace up in AH for 1 mil. And lv bid 1000 gold on it?

He put it up for bidding of 1k, with a buyout figure of 1million is how i read it. Why you wouldn't just trade i have no clue.
