same unfathomable happened to me

OTM has almost no control over the plat offers. The advertising company makes money by apps using their offers (and therefore reaching players), so they make integrating their plugin as easy as possible... Just call a function or two, set your developer account variables and the currency conversion rate, and the rest is handled almost entirely by NativeX/Supersonic/Fyber. In other words, OTM has MINIMAL interference with the free plat offers.

If you aren't getting plat from offers, that's on the advertising company, not OTM. Contact the advertiser's support channel.

I contacted them but they ignore it.

Yep, all on the advertising company, not OTM.

My strategy is to take everything slow, don't rush offers -- the offers work, so try not to trigger any bugs!

he basically saying, "Don't come to us for help." they have no power over the offers.
