I messaged support a month ago trying to get my account recovered (alt account) and to this day ive not had a response

Then since the temp login was removed ive lost access to my main account its saying the password is incorrect and my email is no longer registered to my account. i messaged support about this also and no response. is there another way to get my account recovered?

I get the feeling that every server reset, all current support tickets get reset as well. I also submitted a missing item ticket on July 4 and never heard anything.

Everything on my main was fine until they removed temp login, now the password (which i only recently set) doesnt work and the email i used to reset it doesnt either.

There's a backlog that is being worked on - in the meantime please do not send in more than one request as this can slow down the process further.

If you can provide me with your email I can check on its current status.

I have been trying for weeks to get help on a simple issue and I am getting no response or help via email or in game who can I call email or text something that could have been a easy fix is getting out of hand

5 weeks since first email sent here. last week told that support would handle in that week and still no response. 35 days without my acc now
