Hey, i havent been on the game for over a year now. But when i tried to log in, it just gave the wrong username or password. I tried resetting it with my email and name but it wont let me log in to my account..i it feels like the account would be deleted or something.

Also if needed, well all my character names and levels are under my name, i also have atleast some of my platinim purchase thingys still and my email is still full of the (has sent you a mail) and also the registeration for email on the account from 1.1.2014

i also have loads of screenshots of me playing on some of the characters

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
