Hi,

I am attempting to return to the game after hearing about the cross platform switch, but my account was originally on iOS. I am now attempting to log into my account from an Android device but it is giving me the following error:

"Account Conflict PW
Account name is conflicted, change required."

My original username was "REMOVED", and my character was on the Epona server. Any help is appreciated.

Should be able to sign in now with USERNAMEios and USERNAMEandroid.
