No access after Christmas update

Today, after seeing that an update had come out, I was unable to get into any part of the game except the title screen. I pressed the button to see my characters, loading screen for a minute, then back to the title screen without an error message. I looked at the, “!” In the corner and saw it said, “Winter update is out,” and going to the App Store, it said it was all up to date. After that point, I exited the game, restarted my phone, exited App Store numerous times in hopes of something possibly showing up, but no avail. I don’t know what to do after having this problem for an hour now, and I can’t access in-game support. I also never got a reply from the first one I sent, but is there something that I can do or that can happen to fix this?

If all else fails, try deleting and re-installing the app. This should re-download the app with the update and should be able to load your characters.

Yep, okay. It works now! It sent me back to the title screen the first time but after trying it again, it finally load the characters. Thanks for the help guys~

I wish I could say the same I get logged out very 10 secs and when I go to carrow I don't see anything it's totally empty. I can't use wifi so to play I have to buy mobile data and that's a waste of money when u have a perfectly fast wifi...my charecters name is KILLissa (rogue lvl 153 Donn) I was in the middle of lixing last I got kicked out to be honest I think it's the new update that's messing my game up. it started with the carrow carnage update
