Hi i contacted support a little over two weeks ago asking if someone could help get my account email reset because I forgot what the registered email was and i can't reset the password anymore. I provided all the details support asks for (username, creation date, etc.). then they replied once telling me to confirm the current email on the account... lol. this is the one detail I do not know of on the account, thats what I'm trying to reset. Can anyone look at my case and push for a response, I can give any piece of information on the account you need, i just don't remember the email. Let me know thanks its regarding a 216 rogue on epona named Rosso.

The account in question appears to have been disabled.

To appeal this ban you will be required to contact [email protected] with the following:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
