Thank you so much it was on Crom but I don't remember name it has been quite a long time a I've made a dozen accounts but I do know username, if you need the name I could get it from a friend but will take awhile

Does the character creation screen appear upon sign in?

I signed in but it's a new acct only 2 slots available and none of my people. I had 9 slots for them and all full is my account gone ? I spent countless hours and dollars on it

Are you on the correct world server?

Proceed through character creation then tap the globe icon on the left.

This will allow you to change servers to that which you previously made characters on.

Could you attempt to make a character then force close the game?

This should refresh your character list. (Characters can be found on Herne and Crom)
