My buddy purchased a goblin charm for 100k and turned around and sold it to me for 55k. I only purchased this because it was slightly higher than what i could sell back to the vendor for. When the prices were lowered I submitted a support ticket asking for a refund since they lowered the value of my item. I received a notification that I would not be refunded since it was an user trade and the prices were agreed on between the users. I understand that the price was agreed on and No refund would be appropriate for most situations. HOWEVER, After purchasing the item they cut the value in half! I fully expect some sort of compensation for the charm that I own as it no longer sells to the store for 50k but for 25k now.

yeah thats a problem. I really liked the old prices, was a privileg for higher players to wear the "cool" looking outfits but had as well "not so good looking" outfits for lower levels. Now, if every lvl 40 runs around with best crooback outfits, its not sooo cool to have ti i guess..
but well no its done.
Other problem is, that many people sold things(maybe cheaper then normal) to get the charms ASAP. Me too, i just sold golden shrink to the vendor and a vanq greaves...
Would be cool if this could get refunded as well as dogs money.

If you have submitted a support request regarding the refund of Goblin Charms, the Support team will deal with your request, but please be aware that it may take some time due to the large volume of requests we receive.

In answer to the original post, the Support team will only refund those Goblin Charms that were purchased from a vendor, and not ones bought via a player trade. The only thing I can suggest in situations where you have bought a charm via a trade is to return the charm to the original owner for a refund of the gold you paid them.

Fortunatly i trust the player I purchased this item from and should be able to get 50k back from him which means I'm losing 5k still. Still very dissapointed that this is the method i have to use to get a refund.

A follow up on this situation:
I returned the item to the seller and he was able to get a full refund on it. After a little convincing I was able to get the full 55k from him. I'm still dissapointed with that system but all is well now. I appreciate the quick reply and helpful advice community!
